ProSoft® PUL - CPSIA, Flammability & Food Safety Certificate
ProSoft® PUL meets the requirements of:
CPSIA sections 101, 108 and 16 CFR Part 1303 for lead and phthalates
Flammability for laminated textiles per 16 CFR Part 1615 and CAL 117 TB
Food contact and storage per 21 CFR 177.1680, 175.300 and 175.320
Tested by an approved laboratory and no traces of lead were found.

ProSoft PUL meets the requirements of California Proposition 65 with respect to the presence of chemicals.
The PUL was tested and passed the flammability test requirements per 16 CFR Part 1611 Standard for Flammability of Plastic films under the Flammable Fabrics Act. All the test results along the length and along the width were well below the acceptance limits. The PUL is also tested to meet the Flammability Requirements for upholstery per CAL 117 TB (March 2000) Section E.
Food contact Safe
The PUL meets the material and manufacturing requirements for food contact and storage per the FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 and 175.300. It was tested using the FDA prescribed test methods for repeated use food contact/storage and passed all the test criteria. (Food can be placed hot but not to be used for heating food. Not tested for storing beverages. To be washed properly before use)
The PUL is manufactured without the use of toxic chemicals in modern facilities using a TPU film with thermal technology following strict health, safety, and environmental protocols (EPA, OSHA, etc.) to ensure minimal impact on the environment, safe handling of chemicals, air quality and noise level controls.
