Version 2 of the Zorb 4D Stay Dry Dimple CORE PUL; lighter-weight fabric makes your final product slimmer and trim.
For an optimal comfort experience with any Zorb 4D fabrics, we strongly suggest complementing them with a ProCool moisture wicking fabric to act as the wicking top layer. This pairing effectively eliminates any sensations of dampness or wetness that may occur when Zorb 4D is used as a standalone layer in applications intended for direct skin contact.
Our CORE PUL's contains a hidden waterproof layer, sandwiched between two outer fabrics; which provides additional protection for the waterproof film and increases the life of your product.
CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
Combining super absorbency, waterproofing and leak-protection into one.
Our Zorb three-dimensional engineered dimple pattern has great retention, superior hold, fast distribution of moisture and less leaking under compression. It absorbs 10 times its weight in under 2 seconds and soaks up 20 times faster than other materials (bamboo, cotton, hemp knits).
100% eco-friendly, manufactured with no harmful chemicals or finishes in controlled conditions in American textile mills.
All Zorb fabrics are designed with the ability to exponentially increase their absorbency; pair with Zorb 3D fabric on the dimple side & use multiple layers to supercharge your products' absorbency.
This fabric combines super absorbency, waterproof properties, and leak protection. It truly does it all. One side features our Zorb 3D Stay Dry Dimple LITE fabric, consisting of 3 layers.
The other side is made of our ProCool Performance Lightweight fabric, which is thin and light. Between these layers is the laminated, waterproof polyurethane film. This fabric truly provides you with everything you could need!
We engineered the 3D dimple pattern to retain, hold, and distribute moisture without leaking under compression. Our ProCool polyester fabric is made of premium hydrophobic fibers that provide extra protection against leaks. It’s so absorbent that it takes not even 2 seconds to absorb ten times its weight. It soaks up 20 times faster than materials such as bamboo, cotton, or hemp knits.
We use a unique process to melt-bond our thermoplastic polyurethane film to the fabric. The specially treated TPU film is applied to the fabric without emitting toxic wastes or VOCs into the environment. Our employees don’t breathe it in, and it won’t rub off on your skin!
We don’t use super absorbent polymers (SAP) in our fabrics. The chemicals that would typically make the material retain moisture are nonexistent. Because of this, our fabric’s super absorbency lasts for the product's lifetime.
This fabric can be used for so many different purposes! Our customers recommend it most for some specific products.
Use it for bed liners, bibs, burp cloths, cage liners, changing pads, cloth diapers, dish mats, dog diapers, gardening shoe covers, handkerchiefs, mattress pads, menstrual pads, nursing pads, period panties, pet beds, and pet potty pads.
Our super absorbent fabrics will make your product last longer, whatever that may be.
The difference between the V1 & V2 versions is the fabric combination used to create the Zorb 4D Stay Dry Dimple CORE PUL fabric.
The V1 Zorb 4D fabric is made with the Zorb 3D Stay Dry Dimple LITE for fast absorption & stay dry feel, and a polyester backing with a hidden waterproof layer for leakproof protection.
The V2 Zorb 4D fabric is made with the Zorb 3D Stay Dry Dimple LITE for fast absorption & stay dry feel, and a lighter weight polyester backing along with a hidden waterproof layer for leakproof protection. We process the V2 fabric through an additional compression round to make the fabric slimmer.

We strive to provide high-quality fabrics suitable for a diverse range of applications. It is important to note, however, that we do not perform absorption testing on our fabrics. The absorbency of any fabric can be significantly influenced by the design and construction of the final product in which it is used.
Key Points:
Product Design Influence: The ultimate absorption capacity of a fabric in a finished product depends heavily on the product's specific design and construction. Variations in design can lead to significant differences in performance.
Recommendation for Testing: We strongly recommend that customers conduct their own testing to determine the absorption characteristics of our fabrics in conjunction with their product designs. This testing should consider all elements of product design and the interaction between different materials.
Interactions with Other Materials: The performance of our absorbent fabrics can be affected by the use of additional layers or materials. For instance:
Variability in Performance: Due to the myriad of factors that can influence the absorbency of a fabric within a specific product design—including material combinations, construction techniques, and external conditions—we cannot guarantee specific results without proper testing.
